Well, that was the three films that the theatre was showing. And Die Hard is pretty Christmas centric. Just about every other scene makes a holiday reference.

He's coming to LA to visit his family at Christmas.

Argyle plays Run DMC's Christmas is Hollis.

The Nakatomi Corporation is hosting a company Christmas party.

McClane puts a santa hat and writes "now I have a machine gun ho ho ho"

There are sleigh bells in a lot of the music cues.

McClane uses "season's greetings" tape to hide the gun on his back.

The song at the end is "let it snow" while not a christmas song exactly, its usually played during the holidays.

I'm sure Ive forgotten a couple of other things, but I'm sure that qualifies it as Christmas themed.

The first Die Hard is one of the greatest action movies ever. Its more real with an occasional brush with movie fantasy. Each character gets a moment that conveys that they're real people and nobody is really there taking up space. Its very watchable anytime of the year and Id recommend seeing it as soon as you can.
